The MEGA BLISSFUL HOME’s Policy Guide is a reference for members who want to learn more about the way this opportunity works.
It includes ethical guidelines, contractual obligations, and the policies that relate to becoming a Member.
The guide also includes rules of the Compensation Plan and managing your account. Due to the fact that federal, state, provincial, foreign and local laws do change from time to time, the company reserves the right to amend or revise these Policies and Procedures and its prices at its sole and absolute discretion. Accordingly, MEGA BLISSFUL HOME also known as BLISSFUL HOME reserves the right to revise this information at any time.
SITE USAGE
No illegal use of this site is allowed, as a condition of your use of the site, you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use or any applicable laws. You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate sales or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent sales or purchase. This site and the content herein may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. ‘Deep-linking’, ’embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
MEGA BLISSFUL HOME does not purport this as a ‘Get rich quick scheme’ in any manner. The level of success of any individual in attaining the results claimed in any marketing materials depends on the time they devote to learning the business and their application of the strategies and principles. Since these factors differ according to individuals, no one Member’s success or income level can be guaranteed.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent the business of MEGA BLISSFUL HOME and its income potential. However, even though high earnings are possible, there is no guarantee that anyone will earn any money in this program. Examples of any MEGA BLISSFUL HOME websites or marketing materials are not to be interpreted as a promise of earnings. Income potential is entirely dependent on the person using the strategies and principles.
MEMBERSHIP CODE OF ETHICS
- I will follow the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all that I do with respect to MEGA BLISSFUL HOME.
- I will not make negative or disparaging remarks about MEGA BLISSFUL HOME, its coordinators, employees, representatives, services or projects.
- I will present our marketing plan accurately and honestly, clearly portraying the level of effort required in achieving success.
- I will carry out all the duties of sponsorship and responsible leadership as I develop my sales team. I will treat everyone, whether they are in my sales team or not, with the same courtesy.
- I will not promote MEGA BLISSFUL HOME as a pyramid scheme.
- I will not produce marketing or training aids of any kind for sale to other promoters without the prior written permission from the Organization.
- I will not involve in any investment activities, creating ghost accounts that will negatively affect MEGA BLISSFUL HOME system.
- I will consistently put forth my best efforts to promote the success of my business. I will not engage in activities that will cause loss to MEGA BLISSFUL HOME or her members.
- I will not use the organization’s name, information literature, gatherings of people or other Organizational Resources to further other business interests.
- I will abide by all Policies that pertain to the operation of my business.
CONDITIONS FOR REWARDS AND INCENTIVES
- Minimum withdrawal from REWARD WALLET is $3
- 5% Bank Charges applies to all Withdrawals per time.
- No account will be entitled to receive incentives at any stage without a minimum Two (2) direct referral members.
- Entry Fee and Compensation Plan remain unchanged for the next 1year. After 1year, both are subject to review. However, this could be altered if we get overwhelming request and support for a change in registration fees/compensation plan from our stakeholders and clients.
- For all stages 4 AND stages 5 awardees, recipients shall be obliged to upload Proof of Identity such as National Identity Card, Voter’s Card, Driver’s License, or International Passport.
- For legal backing, the company can sue and be sued subject to this Terms and Conditions.
- It is compulsory to collect your very first car on MEGA BLISSFUL HOME to promote sales/advertisement… Unless where company’s discretion prevails.
- Payment in lieu of the Diamond stage car (From 2nd car onwards) is $4,500.
- Payment in lieu of Tricycle is $1,400
- No payment for soap because soap is the bedrock of this company.
- Payment will only be processed if the names on member’s MEGA BLISSFUL HOME account tallies with the Bank details supplied.
REGISTRATION FEE
MEGA BLISSFUL HOME charges $6 one-time membership fee which gives every member the opportunity to enjoy the numerous benefits and compensations offered by MEGA BLISSFUL HOME in the business plan provided they are actively involved in promoting the business of MEGA BLISSFUL HOME.
TRADEMARKS AND MARKETING MATERIALS
Members will not use the MEGA BLISSFUL HOME trade names and/or trademarks except to promote MEGA BLISSFUL HOME. In all such authorized use, members will ensure that they represent themselves as independent representatives/marketers and that all marketing efforts are the responsibility of the members and not the organization.
Any sales and marketing materials supplied by MEGA BLISSFUL HOME may NOT be sold to other parties at a profit and that any purchase of these materials from MEGA BLISSFUL HOME does not qualify members for any reward payments. MEGA BLISSFUL HOME makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the use, efficacy or suitability for any purpose with respect to any such marketing material unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing in connection with the purchase thereof.
SECURITY
Each member must keep their password, e-wallet password and other security access information confidential and notify MEGA BLISSFUL HOME promptly if the member believes that the security of an account has been compromised. MEGA BLISSFUL HOME has taken reasonable steps to protect the security of online transactions. However, MEGA BLISSFUL HOME cannot and does not warrant such security and will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any security breaches.
INDEMNIFICATION
MEGA BLISSFUL HOME shall not be held responsible for any harm incurred from the usage of this site, hence, not liable to pay claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from and related to your use of the site.
ON FORFEITURE OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRIP
You get the sum of $300 in lieu of the international trip award.
REFUNDS POLICY
MEGA BLISSFUL HOME registration is a one-time payment and therefore wishes to inform its members that the registration is Non-Refundable. This Policy is applied because new Member positions are allocated promptly and commissions on all entry fees are paid instantly as soon as the entry fee payment is received. Therefore, the said registration fee is irrevocable and irreversible.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Members understand that the MEGA BLISSFUL HOME marketing plan, details of their progress in the rewards program, details of MEGA BLISSFUL HOME’s sales team, and official organization’s literature are proprietary information and considered trade secrets of MEGA BLISSFUL HOME.
Members hereby agree to not directly or indirectly disclose or use any of said confidential or proprietary information except to specifically promote MEGA BLISSFUL HOME opportunity in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Members further agree that this provision shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for a period of one year.
TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT AND BENEFITS
A member may sell his/her interests in the business, assets / any continuing income and the inherent future potential of its earnings. In such an event, the remaining period of income and incentives shall also be transferred to the purchaser or heir. For MEGA BLISSFUL HOME to acknowledge the sale, the selling member must supply proof of the sale in the form of a signed letter by both parties detailing that the sale has been made as well as providing details of the purchaser including all the fields listed in their profile. The document can be emailed to megablissfulhome@gmail.com. MEGA BLISSFUL HOME will advise the seller and the purchaser by email if the sale has been approved.
CANCELLATION
If a member wishes to cancel their Agreement with MEGA BLISSFUL HOME, such member should notify MEGA BLISSFUL HOME by sending an Email to megablissfulhome@gmail.com. If the membership is cancelled, that member may not apply for new membership for at least 3 months after MEGA BLISSFUL HOME received the notice of cancellation. MEGA BLISSFUL HOME reserves the right to cancel a members Agreement if there be any breach by the member.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MEGA BLISSFUL HOME makes no warranties, express or implied, related to the “MEGA BLISSFUL HOME marketing Plan”, services rendered thereunder or, including but not limited to warranties of Empowerment and privilege of purpose. MEGA BLISSFUL HOME will not be liable to any member for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, such as (but not limited to) loss of profits or business interruption, arising out of or connected to the use of, or inability to use, the MEGA BLISSFUL HOME compensation plan”, related services, or marketing materials provided to any member. The total liability of MEGA BLISSFUL HOME for any and all damages arising from or connected with this Agreement, the MEGA BLISSFUL HOME Compensation Plan” or the services, or marketing materials provided to any members shall not exceed the total fees paid by the member to MEGA BLISSFUL HOME.
IMPOSITION OF PENALTY
If any member breaches any of the provisions of this Agreement, violates any applicable law or regulation or engages in any false, misleading or unfair marketing practice, including but not limited to, making misleading income representations or making promises to potential members that cannot be kept by member, (herein called “Violation”) any such Violation is grounds for the imposition of penalty, as more fully set forth hereafter.
The Organization may suspend the Member, including suspension of rewards earned at the time, blocking of Account pending investigation of any alleged Violation. The member shall be given notice of the alleged Violation by e-mail, or another rapid method of communication and shall have seven days thereafter to respond in writing (verbal response will not be considered) to any alleged Violation (s), failing which, the organization can consider the allegations to be true. (It is member’s responsibility to see that the organization receives the response, with supporting documentation, if any, within the seven-day period.) If at the end of the investigation it is determined that the member is to be penalized, the date of the imposition of the penalty can be, at the Organization’s option:
- The date of the penalty notice
- The date of the notice of the alleged violation
- The date on which suspension, if any, occurred.
Incomes suspended and/or earned, if any, as of the date of a termination, shall not be paid. Any such payments not paid shall be deemed to be liquidated damages as payment of part of the damages suffered by the organization for the Violation. A Member can request that any decision to impose a penalty be reviewed and supply any additional material that may bear on the matter in support thereof within seven days after notice of the penalty is given. The Organization shall then advise the member of its final decision. The organization shall have the option of imposing any one or more of the following penalties for Violations:
- Blocking of the Member’s MEGA BLISSFUL HOME Account;
- Denial or revocation of any Incentive awards otherwise earned;
- Denial of Funds earned from sponsored member, matrix bonus or from down-line activities;
- Imposition of a fine is an amount to be determined by the Organization; and/or Termination of the Member’s Agreement.
No extension of time or indulgence granted by MEGA BLISSFUL HOME to the members shall be deemed in any way to affect, prejudice or derogate from the rights of MEGA BLISSFUL HOME in any respect under this Agreement, nor shall it in any way be regarded a waiver of any rights by MEGA BLISSFUL HOME hereunder or a negation of this Agreement.
OFFICIAL LANGUAGES/DEFINITIONS
The English version of this Agreement, as maintained by MEGA BLISSFUL HOME is the official version and shall have control over any other language version(s) which may be made available for ease of reference for some distributors/members. As used in the MEGA BLISSFUL HOME materials, when the term, “refer/introduce” and words of similar import are used to describe the enrolment/ promotional activities of members, this is an abbreviated reference to the promotional activities of the member with respect to sales and it is understood. Likewise, when the term, “recruit” and words of similar import are used to describe the referral and recruiting activities of members, this is an abbreviated reference to the team building activities of members and it is understood that the agreement by which one becomes a member is between the organization and the recruited member and not between the new member and the referring member.
OUR RIGHTS
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any member’s account that is found guilty or involved in any fraud or malicious activities that can impede the objectives of the company.
- For maintenance purposes or for other reasons, we reserve the right to temporarily put on hold or permanently shut down the website at any given time, with or without notice.
- We reserve the right to notify you of any changes to existing conditions and terms of use of the site. We will do our best to inform you ahead if there will be any change in our mode of operations and relevant terms.
INCORPORATION OF AGREEMENTS
If Member has enrolled in a “MEGA BLISSFUL HOME Empowerment Opportunity “, the User Agreement and Acceptable User Policy are incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties on the subject matter hereof, and no other additional promises, representations, guarantees or agreements of any kind shall be valid concerning such subject matter unless in writing and signed by an authorized officer of MEGA BLISSFUL HOME.
ANTI-SPAM POLICY
This company has a zero-tolerance anti-spam policy.
This means that any team leader or member or related member that spam’s in any way shall be immediately terminated with all rights forfeited
MEGA BLISSFUL HOME will fully cooperate with all anti-criminal authorities to provide information as to the person or persons that engaged in the spamming activity in order to obtain warrants and criminal charges against those members.
